CVPPL holds 14th Annual General Meeting 30-Sep-2025

14th Annual General Meeting of Chenab Valley Power Projects Limited, a Joint Venture Company among NHPC Ltd. (A Govt. of India Enterprise) (51%) and JKSPDC (A Govt. of J&K Enterprise) (49%) which is entrusted with the implementation of four Hydroelectric Projects i.e Pakal Dul (1000 MW), Kiru (624 MW), Kwar (540 MW) and Kirthai-II (930 MW) HE Projects in Chenab basin, was held on 30th September 2025 under the Chairmanship of Sh. Suresh Kumar, IAS (Retd.), Chairman CVPPL at Jammu.
Annual accounts for the year 2024-25 was adopted in the AGM. The re-appointment of Sh. H. Rajesh Prasad and Smt. Madhusmita Pany respectively were also approved by the shareholders in the said AGM. The AGM was attended by Board members namely Sh. H. Rajesh Prasad, IAS, Principal Secretary JKPDD GoJK, Sh. Santosh D. Vaidya, IAS, Principal Secretary Finance, GoJK, Sh. Sanjay Kumar Singh, Director (Projects) NHPC, Sh. Anuj Kapoor, ED (Finance), Smt. Madhusmita Pany, ED (Law) NHPC, Sh. Ramesh Mukhiya, Managing Director along with Sh. Sudhir Anand, Company Secretary and Sh. Naveen Samriya, CFO besides representatives of NHPC and JKSPDC through video conferencing.
