Overview

In pursuance to the provisions of Companies Act 2013, the CSR & Sustainability Policy of CVPPPL has been approved by the Board of Directors in December 2017. Thereafter, CVPPPL is implementing the CSR activities since FY 2017-18 with primary focus on overall development of project affected areas in District Kishtwar. Annual CSR budget corresponding to 2% of the average net profit of three immediately preceding financial years is being ensured for benefit of the society.
